Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for purchases made in Slutty Summons, operated by Quality Software Solutions (NIP 7343642865, REGON 528880630), Poland. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

1. What you are buying

Purchases unlock virtual currency (e.g. gems, gold) and virtual items used only inside the game. These are digital goods delivered immediately to your account and have no real‑world monetary value.

2. Immediate delivery & EU right of withdrawal

For consumers in the EU/EEA: by completing a purchase you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14‑day right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content begins, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive and Polish consumer law. Your statutory rights regarding faulty digital content remain unaffected.

3. When we do issue refunds

Because items are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non‑refundable. We will, however, review and where appropriate refund:

Duplicate / double charges for the same order.
Failed delivery — you were charged but the currency/items were not credited.
Unauthorised transactions you did not make (please also contact your bank).
Cases where a refund is required by applicable law.

Refunds are not given for: change of mind after delivery, accidental purchases of the wrong pack, results of randomised “summons” (odds are disclosed in‑game), or partially/fully consumed currency.

4. Subscriptions / recurring purchases

If a recurring product (e.g. a pass or VIP) is offered, the rebill price and interval are shown before you buy. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges; cancellation stops the next renewal and does not refund the current period unless required by law. To cancel, use the in‑game option (if shown) or contact us at support@sluttysummons.com.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@sluttysummons.com from the address on your account, with the date, amount, and the transaction/order ID from your receipt. We aim to respond within a few business days.

6. Billing / payment processor

Payments are processed by NOWPayments (nowpayments.io) and are made in cryptocurrency. Include the order ID from your receipt in any billing enquiry; the processor's consumer support is available at nowpayments.io/help.

7. Crypto payments — important notes

Cryptocurrency transactions are confirmed by the blockchain network and are irreversible by design — there is no chargeback mechanism. Send the exact quoted amount within the payment window; underpaid or expired payments are not credited automatically and should be reported to support with your order ID. Any approved refund is returned in cryptocurrency to a wallet you designate, at the market rate at the time of the refund.
